Simulated Convertible Tops

The simulated convertible top consists of a fiberglass molded shell, a cover or skin which in most cases is made of a cloth-like fabric and aluminum or stainless moldings.
If the vehicle has a sunroof, the fiberglass shell is cut out around the sunroof and the cloth cover is installed accordingly. Half tops are another option on certain vehicles…they usually stop just behind the front doors, the cover or skin is typically made of vinyl and aluminum or stainless moldings are installed.
